KlauPPK Hardware
KlauPPK began in 2014, when surveyors relied on arduous field work placing GCPs and ‘rubber-sheeting’ their data to attempt to be accurate. Klau Geomatics was instrumental in the uptake of Direct Georeferencing for UAV mapping.
We developed GNSS positioning hardware for drones, followed by systems for manned aircraft, supported by KlauPPK post-processing software.
As positioning hardware became integrated into commercial drones such as DJI, our focus shifted increasingly towards the software and workflow.

Today’s KlauPPK UAV Software brings more than a decade of positioning experience into a streamlined software workflow for professional UAV mapping.

Local PPP Server
Klau Geomatics worked with Hexagon NovAtel to develop the MakeItAccurate PPP cloud processing platform. While no longer available as an open web application, we can build a dedicated private on-premise PPP positioning infrastructure to leverage this technology for your enterprise.
Deploy fleets of drones, regardless of proximity to CORS stations, and KlauPPK will process the data with Terrastar-C Pro ‘RTK from the Sky’, producing accurate camera centre coordinates anywhere.
